Zur Verbindung zweier Innengewinde oder zweier Gewindemuffen dient ein Messing Doppelnippel mit beidseitigem Aussengewinde. Bei Messing Doppelnippel 2fach Aussengewinde handelt es sich um einen Fitting mit zwei Aussengewinden mit beidseitig identischer Größe. Mittig zwischen den beiden Aussengewinden besitzt der Messing Doppelnippel einen Sechskant zur Aufnahme eines Schraubenschlüssels o.ä.

Hier finden Sie weitere Informationen zur Gewindeabdichtung. Der Messing-Doppelnippel hat beidseitig ein BSP G Rohrgewinde ISO 228-1, nicht selbstdichtend.

Der Doppelnippel aus Messing kann für heißes und kaltes Wasser eingesetzt werden, die max. Arbeitsbelastung liegt bei PN 16 bar bei 20°C Medium Wasser und ist somit ideal für die Heiz- und Kühltechnik, der Beregung und generell in der Sanitärinstallation einsetzbar.

Messing der Güte CW617N ist für Trinkwasserleitungen verwendbar

Messing Doppelnippel mit zweifachem Aussengewinde sind nicht für Salzwasser oder chlorhaltigem Wasser zu verwenden, da diese Medien Messing angreifen.
