Shipping costs
We currently ship to the following countries:
Thanks to the geoblocking regulation (EU) 2018/302, customers from all EU member states are free to register in our shop. However, we currently only ship to the above countries.
We do not deliver directly to Switzerland - not even to commercial customers. You can use meineinkauf.ch or eurogoods.ch for this purpose.
VAT will not be refunded.
GERMANY
Standard shipping
- Processing time 1 - 4 working days
- For goods value up to 24,99 € gross, a flat rate of 7,50 € applies
- For orders over 25,00 € gross, a flat rate of 6,50 € applies. unless otherwise stated

Pipes 2m long minimum shipping costs €7.90. Depends on quantity as stated in the item description.
No express delivery possible for XXL items

Oversized goods
Oversized or particularly heavy goods (such as flexible pipes or rolled PE pipes) must be shipped due to their size and weight by a shipper or through a GLS bulky goods service. This type of goods is marked on our website with the symbol

- €65,90 + roll surcharge (depending on weight and size)
- Processing time 2 - 4 working days without prior notice
- 55,90 € + roll surcharge (depending on weight and size), commercial customer goods receipt without prior notification

If your company does not have a continuous goods receipt or if you are a private consumer, the shipper will contact you in advance and you can decide an appointment for the delivery together. This service is free.
Important: if the courier does not find the recipient on the agreed day, there will be no further automatic deliveries. A new delivery will result in additional costs, which will be charged to you in advance before the next delivery takes place.
Carrier oversized delivery
This type of shipment is used for pipes longer than 2m. This kind of articles are marked on our website with the symbol

- For orders up to 199,99 €: flat rate 169,90 € with notification
- For orders from 200,00 €: flat rate 149,90 € with notification
- Processing time 2 - 4 working days without prior notice
- For orders up to €199.99, a flat rate of €159.90 applies, commercial customer goods receipt without prior notification
- For orders from €200.00, a flat rate of €139.90 applies, commercial customer goods receipt without prior notification

Kleinwalsertal/Mittelberg is a customs-free zone and therefore a German economic area. Delivery is only possible within the German postal code 87569.

How do we ship?
Packages are generally shipped with our logistics partner GLS.
It is not possible to make deliveries to PO boxes.
We reserve the right to send via carrier orders which cannot be shipped as a standard package due to their size or weight. This could lead to longer delivery times.
If there are multiple orders with the same delivery address and unless otherwise desired, we will send them as a single shipment to optimize the whole process.
Large orders will be processed and shipped through a carrier. For this reason we will need your phone number, so that the carrier company can coordinate the delivery date with you. This service is offered for free.
Delivery time
Orders placed before 2 PM on a working day and payments completed with PayPal or immediate transfer (Klarna) are generally shipped on the same day, if all items are available and if they can be sent as standard packages.
If the payment is carried out by bank transfer, the shipment will start as soon as we have received the payment. The time to transfer money depends on your bank and can take just few minutes to max. 2 working days.
Sending a copy of the bank money transfer is not enough, as it is not legally binding.
The delivery of standard packages generally takes 2-4 working days, in Austria about 1 extra day. Delivery by carrier usually takes 3-5 days depending on your telephone availability.

Evening delivery (5-8 PM) is already available in the main German big cities: Cologne, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Berlin, Nuremberg, Munich.
What can slow down a delivery?
We ask you to avoid writing as comments to your order such as "please leave my package in the garden" or similar. We suggest you to arrange in time with GLS the methods of delivery.
What it means in the order history: Data received, package not yet received
This message will be displayed until the moment when our container containing the parcels has reached the GLS sorting center.
Agreement about the delivery address
It is possible to enter into a contract between the recipient of the package and the courier, so that the courier is authorized to leave the package in a predefined and agreed address and is thus exempt from liability.
The sender cannot be held responsible for any further agreements between the recipient and the courier. The risk of damage and loss is transferred to the recipient in accordance with the established agreements.
