Brass tap extension

The brass tap extension CW61N can be used for drinking water. The internal polygon enables fixing using an Allen key. The tap extension or thread extension extends the connection of fittings by the defined length. Brass fittings are suitable for sanitary applications, heating systems, air conditioning systems and solar technology. The tap extension bridges the missing length in new or old buildings between the fitting and the outer plaster edge or any length adjustment to achieve a precise fit.

Here you can find more information on thread sealing. The brass tap extension has a BSP G pipe thread ISO 228-1 on both sides, not self-sealing.

The brass tap extension can be used for hot and cold water, the max. working load is PN 16 bar at 20°C medium water and is therefore ideal for heating and cooling technology, irrigation and generally for use in sanitary installations.

Brass grade CW617N can be used for drinking water pipes
