   Description

WATERMIL DRIP PCND

Flexible, pressure-compensating drip pipe with integrated dripper and check valve at a distance of 33cm

Watermil Drip PCND is a dripline with flow-regulating cylindrical drippers/emitters. The Watermil Drip PCND line features a flexible membrane that regulates and maintains a constant flow rate of 2.35 l/h per dripper at varying inlet pressures.
In addition to flow regulation, the Watermil Drip PCND line also features a function that prevents water from draining when the irrigation system is turned off. When the pressure drops to 0.1 bar, the drippers stop the water flow.
Thanks to the use of two drip outlets per emitter, the Watermil Drip PCND line always delivers the right amount of water to the entire drip zone.

The Watermil Drip PCND line is the perfect choice for both above-ground and underground drip irrigation systems. Due to its properties, the dripline is also ideal for sloped terrain and embankments. Additionally, the Watermil Drip PCND line is extremely resistant to clogging thanks to the wide path inside the emitters. The self-flushing mechanism constantly cleans the filter inside the dripper.

A water-saving, long-lasting, and low-maintenance underground drip irrigation system for use under lawns, hedges, shrub beds, groundcovers, and more.
For use under lawns, an installation depth of 10 - 15 cm and a distance of 30 - 40 cm depending on soil conditions is recommended.

The Watermil Drip PCND dripline is made from the highest quality resins, resistant to UV radiation and damage from commonly used pesticides and fertilizers.

Connection:
LD-PE pipe (soft) with integrated dripper, distance 330mm
Dripper spacing:
330mm
Flow rate:
2.35 l/h
Operating pressure (PN):
0.8 to 3.5 bar
Material:
LD-PE
Max. single length:
Roll 100m
Max. section length/bar:
1.0 bar, max. 109 m
2.0 bar, max. 121 m
3.0 bar, max. 126 m

Drip Irrigation

Drip Irrigation - Advantages at a Glance

  • Complies with new water protection regulations
  • Highly efficient solution for landscape plantings and crop cultivation
  • Chemical-free root protection
  • Pressure-compensated drip hose, UV, chemical, and algae-resistant
  • Drip irrigation achieves 90% irrigation efficiency by delivering water directly to the root zone of the plant
  • Compared to sprinklers, drip irrigation can reduce water consumption by 30% to 70% as it minimizes the impact of wind and evaporation

Watermil Drip PCND Dripline - A Dripline for All Applications

The new Watermil Drip PCND dripline with check valve is made for eternity. The PCND option ensures a consistent flow on sloped terrain due to its pressure-compensating feature, and the self-closing emitters sustainably conserve energy and water resources.

Pressure Compensating
Pressure Compensating
  • The dripline does not require a pre-installed pressure reducer as long as the inlet pressure does not exceed 3.5 bar
  • There is a consistent flow to the emitters even with pressure fluctuations
  • Ideal for sloped terrain or embankments, as well as pulse irrigation
  • Generous lengths up to 108m (at 3 bar)
  • Operating range 0.8 bar to 3.5 bar
  • Flow rate 2.35 l/h
  • Dripper spacing: 330mm
Check Valve
  • The integrated membrane closes the drip outlets at pressures falling below 0.1 bar
  • Prevents puddle formation
  • Sustainable and resource-conserving
  • Saves energy at every cycle start due to no need for refilling the pipe
  • Water saving of approx. 15 liters per 100m pipe length
Multi-Zone Inlet Filter

Multi-Zone Inlet Filter

  • Durable emitter for long life
  • Due to the unique cylindrical design, the PCND emitter has one of the largest filtration areas and is highly resistant to clogging.
  • The self-flushing mechanism keeps the filter inside the dripper constantly cleaned.
Double Drip Outlets

Double Drip Outlets

  • Each emitter is equipped with two drip outlets, ensuring reliable irrigation.
  • If one outlet is blocked or facing away from the plant, you have another drip outlet on the opposite side.
