NBR

Dieses Elastomer ist ein Copolymer aus Butadien und Acrylnitril und wird für die meisten Dichtungsanwendungen für herkömmliche Flüssigkeiten verwendet. NBR-Elastomere bieten gute Eigenschaften hinsichtlich Druck-, Reiß- und Abriebfestigkeit; gute Flexibilität und hohe Bruchlast (bis 210kg cm²). Die Betriebstemperatur variiert von -30 ° bis + 100 ° C und kurzzeitig bis zu 120 ° C.
NBR-Dichtungen sind gasundurchlässig und weisen eine hervorragende chemische Beständigkeit gegenüber Stadtgas, Butan, Propan, Fettsäuren, Diesel, Alkohole, Öle, Benzn, Fette, verdünnte Laugen und Säuren, Wasser und Reinigungsmitteln auf.
