Root zone irrigation
For young plants and trees, sufficient watering and a constant exchange of air in the root zones is important. This promotes deep and protected root growth, which gives the plant strength and enables optimum development. The root zone irrigation system features Hunter's patented "StrataRoot" design, a series of internal baffles that direct water, oxygen and nutrients to the root zone and provide added stability to the irrigation cylinder for increased durability. For simplified installation, the RZWS is pre-assembled and its enclosed design and grids protect the irrigation hardware from vandalism. The Hunter RZWS is the perfect solution for efficient irrigation of trees and shrubs at the roots.
