Water socket
Water socket with green lid lock
The water socket allows quick access to the underground water supply network; - e.g. integrated in a valve box - the water socket ensures water can be tapped for additional manual irrigation, pool and pond filling etc. anywhere in the garden. The matching key is simply inserted into the connection without pressure and snaps into place, providing you with a tapping point with a 3/4" (26.44mm) or 1" (33.25mm) external thread connection.

Water socket with 3/4 inch or 1 inch connection
With the water socket, water can be drawn from the ground like electricity from a socket. The practical 3/4 or 1 inch external threaded connection of the insertable key means that any connection with a 3/4 or 1 inch internal thread can be connected.
The water socket is connected to the underground water supply network made of PE pipe and PE pipe compression fittings at the desired location and you have a tapping point that can be used at any time for manual irrigation, pool and pond filling or agricultural tapping. Inside the tapping point is a spring-loaded valve that opens the flow by engaging the socket wrench.
Installation of the water socket
A water socket is completely buried in the ground, only the green end cap is visible. If you are installing several water sockets and want to use them at the same time, make sure there is sufficient water pressure. The cover must be closed when mowing the lawn.
