Brass transition angle 90 degree clamp x external thread for copper pipe and stainless steel pipe
Stainless steel pipes are the preferred choice for domestic installations and solar technology. As our customers in our webshop PVC-Welt.de receive stainless steel pipe in V4A quality at favorable prices, a combination of stainless steel pipe V4A quality and brass compression fittings is being used more and more. Cramped spatial conditions, increased risk of fire in the immediate vicinity or special expertise - this does not play a role in the processing of brass compression fittings for hard copper pipe or stainless steel pipe, as brass compression fittings are simply clamped to the pipe. This can be accomplished with just two wrenches. Whether heating, domestic water, drinking water, compressed air, air conditioning or solar system piping - the connection system with brass compression fittings is ideal and easy to install for the ambitious DIY enthusiast or professional.
Cut your semi-hard or hard copper pipe or your stainless steel pipe in V4A quality to length at right angles using a pipe cutter and carefully deburr the cut surface on the inside and outside before sliding the union nut and clamping ring over the pipe. Now push the pipe into the fitting as far as it will go. Now push the clamping ring up to the fitting body and tighten the union nut. You have now connected the first compression fitting coupling in your project. You can easily connect the fitting to other fittings or materials with a female BSP G thread (gas thread) using the external thread of the brass transition bracket. The BSP British Standard Pipe DIN ISO 228 thread is the standard dimension used in the plumbing industry.
