   Description

Hose Safety for High-Pressure Hoses

Hose safety rope - to secure high-pressure hoses in the workplace. The breakage of hose nipples or hose connectors in the workplace, near people, poses a high risk of injury. The hose safety rope prevents the hose from whipping around, thus reducing the risk of injury and serving as an active component in occupational safety.
The hose safety cable is made of galvanized steel, and the surrounding spring prevents the securing rope from tangling. The loops at both ends of the hose safety cable are variable in diameter and are compressed around the loop sleeve after adjusting to the hose used, using a flat pliers or similar.

  • WZ0900.020.040: Hose safety cable, for hose outer diameter 13 - 32 mm (1/2" - 1 1/4" hose), galvanized steel, pull force 500kg, length approx. 510 mm
  • WZ0900.050.090: Hose safety cable, for hose outer diameter 38 - 76 mm (1 1/2" - 3" hose), galvanized steel, pull force 1,400kg, length approx. 970 mm

To protect from the "whipping" hose end when accidentally disconnecting the hose under pressure.
