Description
Rain Sensor Hunter Rain-ClikTM
The Rain-ClikTM works as a switch that interrupts the power supply to the solenoids of the irrigation system when it rains. This allows the control valve to continue running as programmed, while the valves do not allow water flow.
Once the Rain-ClikTM has dried sufficiently, the switch closes, and normal operation resumes.
Most rain sensors need to collect a certain amount of rainfall before a switch is activated, which interrupts the irrigation process at the control valve and shuts down the system. Until that time, the system continues to waste water unnecessarily. This is especially problematic for environmentally conscious municipal, commercial, and private users. The Hunter Rain-ClikTM and the Wireless Rain-ClikTM with integrated Quick-Response technology can trigger a switching action immediately after rainfall begins.
