Technical note:

1", 1 1/2" and 2" with BSP R (tapered male thread) counterpart
Remove foam gasket and seal with Teflon tape or similar, or shorten thread cone of male thread

Processing note:

The male threaded connector must be flat. Compensating for edge damage by tightening the connection too far may put the lid part under pressure, which can cause it to tear off from the threaded part – this can also occur at a later time due to material fatigue.
