Female Thread Brass Insert

PVC-U tee with an integrated brass female thread. The metal thread enables transitions to metal pipework or the connection of a metal-threaded fitting (e.g., a tap).

Important: do not use hemp or other swelling sealants – expansion of the brass insert may damage the PVC-U fitting!
