PVC-U Threaded Female Socket, Solvent Socket x Female Thread Brass Insert
The connection between two worlds – transition to brass (metal) components.

BSP pipe thread G, not self-sealing – seal with PTFE tape or similar.
Temperature:
up to 45°C constant, temporarily up to 60°C

max. 16 bar at 20°C

Female Thread with Brass Insert
PVC-U 90° elbow with an integrated brass thread insert. The metal thread allows a secure transition to metal pipework or the connection of fittings with metal threads (e.g. taps or valves).
Technical note
Do not use hemp or other swelling sealants – the expansion of the brass ring can cause the PVC-U fitting to crack or become damaged.
