   Description

Flexible manifold connection with union nut

with PVC-U connection max. PN 10 bar - with brass connection max. PN 14 bar

The flexible manifold connection, aggragate connection with union nuts consists of a high-quality compound NBR/PVC suction and pressure hose - flexible, cold-resistant, weather, ozone and ageing-resistant - with a spring steel spiral and a highly tear-resistant polyester yarn cross braid.
This material composition makes it perfect for a flexible connection in a closed system under permanent pressure.
Thanks to the double-secured grommets with flat-sealing union fitting in PVC-U for max. PN10 bar or in brass for max. PN14 bar, nothing stands in the way of a flexible connection between the solenoid valve and the rigid PE piping. It can also be used to flexibly connect a connection line to an existing unit such as a heat pump.
To achieve maximum flexibility, we offer the manifold connection in 2 lengths. With a length of 300 mm or 600 mm, any unfavorable position can be overcome. A flexible connection between the pump and PE piping is also possible. Ready for immediate connection with internal EPDM flat gasket.

Connection:
Union nut internal thread with flat gasket
Thread:
BSP pipe thread G, not self-sealing, sealing against each other with integrated flat gasket against flat-sealing external thread
Temperature PVC-U connection:
0°C to 45°C, briefly 60°C
Temperature brass connection:
0°C to 60°C, briefly 80°C
Working pressure (PN) hose:
max. 14 bar at 20°C Medium water
Working pressure (PN) hose nozzle PVC-U:
max. 10 bar at 20°C Medium water
Working pressure (PN) hose nozzle brass:
max. 14 bar at 20°C Medium water
Material
Hose: PVC/NBR, polyester yarn, steel
Hose clamp: V2A stainless steel (W4)
Hose nozzle screw connection: PVC-U or brass (depending on selection)
Flat gasket:
EPDM
Color:
Hose: Black/green stripes, union nut: Gray (PVC-U) or brass
