Bypass regulation unit for pool heating with three ball valves each.
Why three ball valves?
With three ball valves you can adjust your bypass optimally and we consider this to be standard equipment. With the ball valve in the main line, you can influence the direct flow to the pool. The ball valve for the pool heating regulates the inflow volume that you want to divert from the volume flow. The ball valve on the bypass return should not be underestimated, as the flow rate in the bypass can be adjusted here. This allows you to find the ideal balance between the flow rate and the dwell time of the pool water in the bypass. A long dwell time allows more heating, but less inflow back into the main stream. Shorter dwell time allows faster inflow into the main stream, but shorter heating time.Why a bypass and not a three-way rotary disk valve?
With a three-way rotary disk valve, the setting is made by means of a disk which is pushed partially or completely in front of an outlet, i.e. this outlet can be partially or completely closed. Ideal for partial or recurring volume flow detour within a pond or pool system, suboptimal or only partially satisfactory for regulating a bypass for pool heating.Connection:

Adjustable safety block
The handle also serves as an adjustment key for the adjustable safety block. For quick adjustment of the seal carrier to the ball. The pressure of the union nut when tightening is not transferred to the ball. Flow is possible in both directions.
