Distributor - Fully Assembled Distribution Station with Hunter PGV Valves
The high-quality valve distributor box for your underground irrigation system includes all the necessary components for an automated irrigation system. It is the heart of your irrigation system and can serve from 2 up to 12 zones.
Perfect for:
- Residential garden plots with limited water supply to operate several small irrigation circuits.
- Many zones that are complex or irregularly divided, or consist of different subareas (lawn areas, drip zones for plant beds, groundcover slopes, hedge plants, micro-irrigation for terrace plants, etc.)
- Large property areas that need to be divided into multiple irrigation circuits or zones due to their high square footage.
The fully pre-assembled valve box is equipped with the following components:
- 2 - 4 outlets: High-impact, pre-drilled ALWASAIL HTC Standard 12" Valve Box made of fiber-reinforced plastic.
- 5 - 12 outlets: High-impact, pre-drilled HTC Jumbo Profi Valve Box made of fiber-reinforced plastic.
- 1 x inlet with UNIDELTA compression fitting for PE pipes (optional 25mm or 32mm).
- 2 - 12x outlets with UNIDELTA compression fitting for PE pipes (optional 25mm or 32mm).
- 2 - 12x solenoid valves HUNTER PGV-101-MM-B (24 VAC) 1" male thread with flow control for optimal water supply. Normally closed with 1.4 bar inlet pressure.
- 1x compressed air connection brass with UNIDELTA ball valve (not included for 12 stations version)
- 1x Distribution box SPELSBERG including OBO cable glands, shrink tubing, and 3M Scotchlok cable connectors for connecting to a control cable (as shown: not pre-assembled, but provided loose inside the distribution box!)
- High-quality IRRITEC distribution system
- High-quality V4A bracket for distribution box
Note: The components of the valve distributor box are designed for a maximum of 8 bar (PN8). Start your system with a pre-installed pressure regulation unit during pump operation.
I Can Grow Further!
After the project, there’s always room for expansion! Don't worry - the valve box can grow! Through additional parts, you can expand the box depending on the number of stations selected (drilling of holes in the box required) or to a separate second valve box.
Technical Information
Compressed Air Connection
Brass connector nipple for connecting a quick-release coupling. The irrigation system can reliably be blown out and made winter-proof by compressed air with a low-set pressure reduction. The pre-installed UNIDELTA ball valve closes this connection during regular operation.
