Der pneumatische Stellantrieb "double acting" wird zweifach mit Druckluft zwischen 6 - 8bar angesteuert. Jeweils eine Ansteuerung öffnet oder schließt das Ventil. Bei direktem Ansteuern des Stellantriebs ohne regulierendes Magnetventil und Abluftdrosselung (Geschwindigkeitsregulierung) erfolgt der Umschaltprozess des Kugelhahns unmittelbar und abrupt und erzeugt dadurch einen Druckstoß (Wasserhammer). Dies kann durch die Geschwindigkeitsregulierung mittels Magnetventil und Abluftdrossel gemindert werden.
Die Verwendung eines 5/2 Magnetventils mit zwei Drosselschalldämpfern ermöglicht Ihnen die Geschwindigkeitsregulierung des Umschaltprozesses auf ideale 1 - 2 sec. einzustellen.


Drosselschalldämpfer

Der Drosselschalldämpfer dient der Einstellung der Geschwindigkeit des Steuerventils. Die Kegeldrossel mit Schalldämpfer fixiert die Einstellung durch Federkraft. Sie benötigen zwei Stück, wobei die optimale Einstellung (Stellzeit des Kugelhahns) zwischen 1 - 2 sec. liegt.
